Re: Tax cut crumbs

When your personal wealth is $29 million plus than $1,000 is just a crumb.

Re: Projectile question

Glad AndyC gave an answer as I was not sure. I measured the following on some of my bullets. Remington 115 gr UMC FMJ 115.7 115.5 115.7 115.1 115.0 All measured .3545 at the base Next were Winchester 124 FMJ 124.0 124.0 123.7 123.8 123.7 All measured .3545 at the base All of mine appeared uniformly ...

We can wish. 20 years from now perhaps they will be executed.

Re: Brass Cleaning

Tried them all and SS does the best but does it matter? I don't think so and now I just use my Cabella with corncobs and Cabella wax. Someone that reloads .25 ACP. I am impressed.

Re: Crypto-currencies

I have a great respect for TAM and hopes he makes a lot of money. I just question "The current dip WILL reverse itself, and prices WILL go back up. " as a guaranteed truism for the long term. I personally hope he is right. I just don't believe it and I follow this post as interesting and m...

Re: Self driving vehicles creep me out. How will feds mandate purchases?

Think pilots of planes used auto-pilot or captains of ships? Pssssst, they do... They sure do. It is really rare for the autopilot to screw up (but it does happen) but much more likely for the pilot to screw up. I bet 95% of every commercial flight is done by the autopilot. There is value in automa...

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President

I voted for Trump albeit with great misgivings. I am however still very happy with that vote. Hilary still isn't president and we have gotten some very good Federal judges. But there are times, Trump talks and tweets too much. He is continually stepping on his own good news. Drives me crazy. :iagre...

Re: Self driving vehicles creep me out. How will feds mandate purchases?

It has a long way to go for sure. Chinese ship crashes into Iran ship and both are supposed to have location transponders of some type which should have avoided this. Very scary. On the other hand my wife has a 2012 Prius and this was my first intro into some automation. If you set the speed control...

Re: Semiauto "Mouse" guns always out of stock

Low demand and low margins. Why waste floor plan dollars and display space? This. The problem is that while 22 ammo is much cheaper, the guns are similar in price to a 380, or larger caliber. For most people a 22 is only for fun, and not for SD, so if they can only afford one, they go for a bigger ...

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President

Trump tells it like it is. No bull like Obama. No phony politically correct statements. He is a blunt New Yorker that just blurts out the truth perhaps without thinking twice. I personally like it. He said he was going to drain the swamp. The swamp is all of those politically correct politicians. Di...

Re: .300 WSM 225 grain ELD-Match

I am about to finally begin working up 225 gain loads for my .300 WSM model 70 (many thanks to those whose advice helped in getting it back). The nearest data that i can find is 220 grain round nose loads from Hodgdon. When I called them to ask, they thought that using their 220 grain data as a sta...

Re: Gun Buster Signs

O.K., then why the need for 30.06 /07 signs with specificity in both English and Spanish in 1" size letters? Or, is that just boiler plate that can be ignored if the business decides to notify with wee size hand outs at their discretion? Or can they tell you're a CCer and hey man, you can't co...
