Re: Felony Reduced to Misdemeanor...DENIED.

Send supporting documents, not minutes of the court case. The court documents will show the timeline and final result. Send the supporting documents the DPS asked for. The certified court minutes are a report, the documents show what happened and the DPS can verify that the documents have not been ...

Re: HB435 Emergency Services Personnel

When I read the bill, it seems to state that the emergency responder is in the act of responding to the emergency, other than that the 30.07 &.06 signage apply.

Re: A New Approach to a Decades-Old Injustice

Don't worry, we all won't soon! I will do my best to try and make that happen! I guess because I am coherent in my objections rather than "cold dead hands" you think I don't "deserve" rights. Because you can sit there and protect you and your family, and I am angry that I cannot...

Re: Deferred Prosecution Question

They didn't ask for them at any point during the application process. I should note I filled it out online. Definitely didn't see anywhere during the process that I needed to mail copies. Also wasn't in my email checklist. I'm assuming this is just to speed the process up? I guess I could mail copi...

Seems that these events have brought the average people closer together, regardless of political or cultural differences. I hope our legislators can pick up on this and glean something from it.

Re: Wife to have rotator cuff surgery

Surgery was done Monday and now is behind us! It did take almost twice as long, due to beginning signs of osteoporosis. Doctor said everything went well. Recovery is now the task. I have found out that my wife had arranged for her mother (my mother-n-law) to stop by regularly, so that complete contr...

Re: The wife is weird sometimes..........

You buy a new gun, sneak it into the house, (tough part here) you keep it hidden for a couple of weeks(days?) Then when she finally sees it and asks "did you buy a new gun? Your reply is oooh nooo I've had this for awhile! It works! I can testify to that method for several years. (at least my ...

Re: Instructors Class tomorrow question

Which class is this? Is it the LTC Instructor course in Austin? I've been on a waiting list for that course since March... This is the renewal class for existing instructors. it is aprox. 4 hrs in length. The class you are waiting for is a 3 or 4 day class, I am not exactly sure how long it is now,...

Re: HOUSTON UNDER CURFEW Midnight -5am

Mayor Turner?? Isn't he the Mayor that told his city that he knew better than the Governor, the Weather Bureau and the local Meteorologists and that the people did not need to evacuate? I hope he gets reminded of this and the voters get reminded of this. OH, yeah now he wants a 9% tax hike on top of...
