Re: Ready.gov

Its pretty icy here in the city of Dallas. I wouldn't recommend anyone going outside in the ice. Very slick. I shoveled my way down the stairs before I carried the dog out. Paladin, I never imagined you as the type to have a dog you have to carry. I almost wish I had dogs that were small enough to ...

Re: Open Carry Colt Single Action Army?

I have seen a few folks who can shoot a single action revolver as accurately and quickly as many people can shoot a semi-auto, and they can reload quickly too. As I understand it the folks that compete in SASS are scary fast and good with that gear.

Re: Uncle Joe's bosses are gonna let him go

I see Harris being appointed to the supreme court, and the VP spot remaining unfilled until Biden suddenly resigns due to "health concerns" effective Jan. 20th, 2023. We then get president Pelosi who could potentially go 10 years...

Firearms with a chamber fixed to the barrel are measured feom the breachface to the end of the barrel. Firearms w/o a chamber fixed to rhe breach are measured from the surface closes to the chambe (often a forcing cone) to the end of the barrel. This is the industry standard and how the BATFE measur...

Re: Jeffery Epstein arrested in NYC for sex trafficking of minors

I figured his scam was getting rich guys to party with an under age girl and he secretly films it. Then he gets them to give him billions to invest for them. He makes a normal commission. He does an honest job of that so, nobody is the wiser or takes him out. Celebrities like the Prince and Clinton...

Latest update, the deceased's wife filed a civil suit against the shooter and his business. The judge that the civil case was assigned to has recused themselves, making them the third person to do so in this matter. https://www.kcbd.com/2021/11/30/judge-recuses-himself-jennifer-reads-wrongful-death-...

Re: TX: Lubbock potential self defense death occurs

We do not know what happened before the video, keep that in mind. This is not as clear cut as the Rittenhouse case for a number of reasons. The shooter left the scene, retrieved the weapon which caused the situation to escalate. The case could easily be made that the shooter could have secured the r...

Re: Kenosha Wisconsin Shooter discussion

All Kyle needs is 1 or 2 jurors to not agree. I can't see all of them agreeing on a guilty verdict. The problem is the jury is from Kenosha where the majority of people think he's guilty just because he was there and the media told them so. The defense has worked very hard to snatch defeat from the...

Rittenhouse did say that if Rosenbaum got his gun then he was certain he would have been killed by the deceased. He didn't use the phrase, but he did say as much.

Re: Kenosha Wisconsin Shooter discussion

This is a prosecutor that will be remembered for either a miraculous victory because of a biased jury or as an absolute failure. No prosecutor should ever put themselves in a position where the judge gets that angry with them, in fact no attorney should ever do that!

Re: Kenosha Wisconsin Shooter discussion

While the court is in recess for lunch let me just say that after the cross examination the Jury can't help but question every aspect of the prosecution since they were depending on this witness. The body language of the prosecution, especially stay-puff's multiple face palms, only cements my belief...

Re: Kenosha Wisconsin Shooter discussion

I just watched the defense impeach the prosecution witness Grosskreutz, who was shot in his arm, with their first question in less than thirty seconds. Then it goes downhill for the prosecution from there. Looks like the witness may have just scuttled his civil lawsuit too during the defense cross-e...
