I use the horizontal EDC.jpg It fits snug and hidden. You wear it behind a belt loop so when you pull on the mag, the belt loop keeps the pouch from sliding. That's the only thing I can think of. I've used nothing but Comp-Tac IWB kydex holsters for a number of years and never had this problem before.
