TX: 87R 2021 Session SB549 60% Sign

This bill, by Springer, changes the threshold of gross receipts from the ABC permit holder’s sale or service of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption from "51% or more" to "more than 60%" in determining whether licensed carry would be permitted on the premises.

I guess fractions would count.
