Yes, Sir. Both will need to submit LTC-8's.

Re: Another vehicle question

My understanding of Texas Penal Code 42.01(a)(8) is that you're probably fine unholstering in certain reasonable circumstances, like storing or removing from storage, as long as you take every reasonable step to ensure you are not causing alarm. In order for you to be charged with disorderly conduc...

Re: Felony Reduced to Misdemeanor...DENIED.

Your appeal isn't with the DPS, it is before a County Judge/Magistrate/Justice of the Peace (local to you). The DPS may send a representative to explain their findings & logic behind the denial, but the decision to grant your license or not will rest with your local court. You have 30 days to no...

Thank you for posting this, and Praise God for armed citizens that aren't afraid to be good human beings. Praying for an emotional recovery for the victim (and likely some needed for all that stopped to assist).

Re: HOA Community Club House

30.06 & 30.07 both contain the clause "without effective consent". If the instructor has consent (ie, permission) from the HOA (as in Board of Directors, Clubhouse manager, etc), then I would think the signage would not apply for this case. (The sign would be a good visual aid for that...

Remember September 11

I'd ask everyone to take a moment this morning to reflect on the attack our nation withstood on September 11, 2001. Also please reflect on the heroic actions of our first responders, civilians, & troops both then, as well as each and every day over the past 16 years. Whether it was on a plan hea...

Re: Wife to have rotator cuff surgery

John,
Praying for your wife's nerves to calm down prior to the procedure, a steady hand for the surgeon & a great supporting staff, & a phenomenal physical therapist that can get her fully functional & back to keeping you in line!

V/r,
Mike

Re: Instructors Class tomorrow question

I had the a.m. class last month, & it was comfortable wearing pants & a button up shirt. It was probably 95+ degrees outside. It also wasn't a packed house, likely 1/2 to 2/3rds capacity.

Re: Need advice, travelling to State of Washington

It's been 5 years since I was there, but if there's a "21 years old beyond this point" sign, as in the bar area of a restaurant, I believe carry is prohibited. If you're going to be around the Tacoma area, watch yourself around the mall. One of the spouses in our unit was mugged around Chr...

Re: Advice/Input on Making a Supply Run to Houston

What direction are you coming from? There are lots of people displaced by flooding of the Addicks and Barker Reservoirs, and by the flooding along the banks of the Buffalo Bayou just downstream of them. So, if you are coming from the west, send me a PM and I can direct you to the local shelters aro...
