Re: Southwest pilot arrested after gun found in carry-on luggage

Shortly after 9/11 I was doing some work at an American Airlines pilot's house, he told me that they checked his carry on bag and confiscated his cuticle clippers, he asked the TSA agent why they took his cuticle clippers, the agent told him because they could be used to hijack the plane, the pilot ...

I had prepaid legal when I was at the fire dept. so I know the difference, funny thing was they would cover just about anything unless it involved the city and then they'd bow out!

Self defense isurance

I think I may have found a self defence insurance I'm comfortable with, however in the spirit of being overtly cautious, is there anywhere I can find a independent evaluation of the pros/cons and ratings of the offerings?

Re: This Happened to Me

Re: Carter no longer wants title of worst President

Can't you just see him rushing into the room screaming and singing "I'm not the worst President after all" to the tune of it's a small world after all, and dancing around the room spilling his champagne, then hitting his knees and thanking God for Barack Obama!

Re: KHOU - 17 states call on Congress to abandon concealed carry gun law

Why does illogic appeal to those knuckle heads? Disarming law abiding, armed citizens who are then put completely at the mercy of criminals who are armed isn't logical. How many congress types are protected by armed security? Shouldn't they work at disarming them first given they presumably have im...

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President

I fail to see how the "what he signed up for" is in anyway a insult or a disparagement, My nephew went off to Iraq and Afghanistan, I told my sister he made this choice, he knew full well that he was going to combat, he knew full well he could get killed, he chose to join the Marine Corp. ...

Shoulder holster?

I'm giving serious consideration to buying a shoulder holster for my P14, my thought is that during winter the gun will be under a jacket or a unbutton flannel shirt protected from inclement weather, concealed carry really isn't a concern, I've been looking more towards a vertical style holster and ...

Re: Zoning and the Second Amendment

What I find most interesting about this thread is the fact that per SCOTUS a municipality cannot prohibit a Sexually Oriented Business from operating inside the municipal boundries, they can control and make it difficult for said business to operate by restricting them to certain areas, prohibit alc...
