Re: ...820 pound wild hog in his front yard

I've killed lots of hogs. I've shot a many of them in different sized traps, where you could use a pistol. The only two places I have ever shot a hog where he went right down was through the spinal column just behind the head, and just above the eyes in the center of the head. Either of those place...

Re: Dallas has a new police chief. Anyone know about her 2a stance?

She has a LinkedIn profile which chronicles her rise in the Detroit PD. She has an impressive educational background - two Master's degrees. Her father, a police officer, was murdered on the job 45 years ago. The case was never solved. Nothing about 2A stance, but that is not surprising. If anyone h...

Re: Texas Ranger pulls gun on driver who flipped him off

I personally don't blame the Ranger. If folks would keep their hands to themselves, don't cuss out others, don't be flipping them off, then probably most of all problems would be corrected. I have been in the car with my wife and grandchildren and people show off their anger. They know that I canno...

Re: Husband can't get an LTC; what about wife?

No, its not really your business. It is her right to to be able to protect herself, and her responcibility to make sure he doesn't have access to them if he has been legally denied the right. Its her responsibilty to fill out the forms completely and honestly . :iagree: But, with that said, it is Y...

Re: Where are all of the "printers"?

Holster choice has a lot to do with it. I print a lot more using an OWB than with an IWB, but I carry OWB mostly with untucked shirt because most people are oblivious. :iagree: I open carry but I always wear an XL T-shirt for those places wear conceal carry is a necessity, I have spotted those that...

I don't understand why the FBI would select a modified Glock Instead of an already in production SIG. It is good to see that Glock finally understands that not having a safety isn't for everyone, Now if they could only figure out the hammer DA/SA thing. :biggrinjester: It could be the perfection th...

Re: Houston south quadrant breakfast

I plan to be there. May not be posting. I got a new computer and can't log in and may not drag this old one out again. Hoping the superpowers will reset it and email the info to me. Otherwise I'll be there in stealth mode Friday. I'll wear the special glasses that I ordered from the back of a Super...

...If you value anonymity then don't list your call letters. Type your call letters in Google and see what comes up. I think you will be surprised how much stuff is there.
