Re: May Employers fire Employees for Defending Themselves?

It certainly wouldn't be the case in Texas, as we are an "at will" employment state, and an employer can let you go for no reason at and doesn't even have to explain it ("sorry, your services are no longer required"). The only exception is if you are a protected class, and claim...

Re: Denton County Precinct 3 Government Center 30.06/30.07

Has anyone actually reported Denton County Precinct 3 Government Center to the AG? At least four of us have noted the signage but not sure if any have reported it. I figure I may be able to set up some game camera's and try to catch licenses plates of vehicles coming and going and maybe turn it into the sheriff after it's posted, though not sure what good it will do. ... The correct answer is: Big Boss 2 The extra credit answer is: T7 Turret With the Redding Turret is there any sacrifice in repeatability or precision over a single stage? I'll wind up buying a turret or progressive for 5.56/.308/45acp down the road where the precision is not the end all/be all conce...

Playing Devil's Advocate, how is this different than a bakery refusing to make a cake for a gay wedding? If a gay person walks into a bakery to buy a cake out of the cooler the baker can't refuse to sell the gay person a cake just because ze are gay. That's public accommodation and you can't discri...
