Re: Concealed carry pants, reinforced waistline *patent pending

Ok, so now that I got your attention. I am going to pitch my shark tank idea. So... gun belts are so stiff and so thick and they don't even fit in belt loops of some of the pants that I own. My new pants come with a plastic or steel stiffening insert in the waistband of the pants. A standard IWB ho...

Re: Clean and lube polymer weapons

I clean everything in a little Lyman ultrasonic cleaner filled with wet water, a couple of drops of Dawn and a splash of Simple Green. I lube the rail and barrel parts that run metal to metal with Mobil 1 Synthetic. The polymer parts get a light spray of Low Sheen Armor All. I use a nylon bristle br...

Re: NFA tax stamp and your local TX gun range?

... And I apologize for taking this thread off the original topic. Perhaps we can start another thread discussing the merits of open carrying OWB vs IWB??? :anamatedbanana One of the best things about a good forum is the interesting tangents some threads naturally take. Of course I'm someone who ad...

Re: Texas Laws on Civil Liability

... Now I'm standing by for the Texas Bar to accuse me of practicing law without a license for posting my opinion on a Web Forum. They're probably too busy chasing down LegalZoom, Nolo.com, and LTC instructors who teach for compensation. :evil2: Hmm. Clearly a rule #22 is needed to cover blatant, g...

Is this the same Carrollton who bulldozed the egret rookery a few years ago? Delicate piece of park property indeed... https://www.upi.com/Archives/1998/11/28 ... 912229200/

Re: NFA tax stamp and your local TX gun range?

I don't have any stamps, but am considering getting one in the future, so please excuse my ignorance. Does it out the range owner in jeopordy, if an unstamped firearm is found being used by the ATF.? I understand that demanding t :rules: he original is overkill, but it doesn't seem like it's asking...

Re: Libertarian announces 2020 candidacy.....then gets busted for drugs in Decatur, TX

Abolishing the federal government might be a little much, but we could definitely cut 90% of the federal government, IMHO. Basically, all we need is someone to negotiate treaties with foreign powers for the benefit of the states. They could also mitigate disputes between states on things like inter...

My question about the story is, can they force you to turn off a camera if you are recording the stop? No they cannot. They may be able to "force you" to put the camera down but recording is completely legal. See this 5th circuit ruling from just last year: https://www.techdirt.com/articl...

Wisk and a table spoon of cream of tat tar. Why did you discontinue Wisk? We want you to know that we thought long and hard before discontinuing Wisk. This was not an easy decision to make about a beloved product that has been around for 60 years. We also always want to make sure we can offer a gre...
