Re: Prominent Republican Donor Issues Ultimatum on Assault Weapons

Why doesn't the donor focus on banning the sale of cocaine, methamphetamine, or any other drugs, to anyone but doctors? Oh yeah.. It's already banned! Problem solved I guess.......

Re: Flashback 30 Years: Guns Were in Schools ... and Nothing Happened

The first thing I added to my "new" (three year old 1974 Chevy 3/4 ton) was a gun rack I ordered from a catalog. I carried a shotgun, and 22 rifle everywhere I went, including the high school parking lot. The truck was unlocked, and most times keys still in it, so my buddies could use it i...

Re: TV Viewing

Personally , I don't care how anyone chooses to dress or their outward grooming habits. Tats....I am a blank canvas. However, I have friends who have some amazing art work applied and some with Saigon blobs they wish they never got. I just don't think people who dress in semi gang apparel ( knit ca...

"rlol" "rlol" Sorry, I couldn't get through the article due to laughing hysterically. I have heard of doubling down on stupid, but the whole thread, trying to even make tenuous connections, between the NRA, and Russian foreign agents, trying to help Trump, would be at least thoug...

Re: Bad parent!

As a former Cub Scout and Boy Scout adult leader, I have seen so many instances of very young kids being left unsupervised. I have seen mothers pull up to the scout meeting, and let their child go in alone, not even checking to see if anyone was there (fortunately we were) I have seen so many exampl...

Re: Interesting Non Car Buying Experience

I feel your pain, I don't know any other consumer product, where if they used the same tactics as car dealers, would continue to stay in business. I walked out after them adding $1500.00 for "dealer prep" which I was told included, "stain guarding" the upholstery, and putting pur...

Great choice I am a devoted Mossberg fan. Looks like your dog is jealous that he has been replaced as top security in the house. :smilelol5:

Re: Double-stack 9mm with the thinnest grip

I currently have both a Glock 43 and a S&W Shield in 9mm, but I would like more capacity--say at least 12 rounds. The problem is that I have small hands/short stubby fingers and have trouble getting a good grip on a pistol with a double-column magazine. What is the thinnest-gripped, double-colu...

Re: Joseph Kopser--anti-gun

This guy is just a typical Liberal Progressive. Reading through his campaign ad, on one hand he advocates for a federal ban, on guns, and magazines, but then turns around and says the Federal Government should have no say regarding the carrying of handguns, because each State should make those decis...

:iagree:

I have one of these on my HD shotgun, mounted on the left side of my barrel, so I can activate it with my thumb. https://www.elzetta.com/product/zsm/

Much cheaper Than any type of NV scope ect., and a shotgun will dispatch a skunk very quickly.

Re: New thumb snap holster

I have that same holster, and I took some very fine steel wool, and polished the snap, until it was still, tight, but could be opened, with my thumb, easily during the draw. YMMV
