Premature detonation? Wonder if he is related to Achmed the Dead Terrorist? Walter was unavailable for comment.

Re: Triple murder in NW Harris Co

Investigators don't have a license plate number, but say Noble was seen driving from the home in a red, late-model Acura that was possibly manufactured in 1998

A 20 year old Acura is “late model”? :headscratch

Re: AZ: Police release graphic video of officer involved shooting of Texas man

The commands being issue in the video were not by the shooter, but by a police sergeant who was there. The shooter is the only one who fired on the victim, none of the other three officers present felt sufficiently in danger to pull the trigger. As I said originally, hopefully this man never puts on...

Re: TX: Fort Bend County father murdered trying to sell is Audi - 4 kids

Based on the title I thought the story was going to be he was murdered while trying to sell his Audi and 4 kids.

Always meet buyers at somewhere safe, like police station in a good neighborhood.

Re: AZ: Police release graphic video of officer involved shooting of Texas man

Seems like the propper procedure would have been to have the guy lay still face down and cover him while another officer or two approached and cuffed him. But what do I know. I'm just a mere citizen with no special training. They were trying to get him away from the room so they could stack on it. ...

I'm not sure what the jury who saw this video was thinking when they let the former cop go free. Hopefully he never works in any job again where he is allowed to carry a firearm.

Re: Safer in Britain?

Considering that Britain has some of the most restrictive firearms laws in the world, it’s clear that a thriving black market is supplying the criminal element there. Yet, the people who ban things can never grasp that doing so will create a black market for those things. Even the US after Prohibit...

Re: D.C.: Al Franken resigns - he made me laugh for the first time.

He didn't resign. He said he "will resign in the coming weeks." My bet is that if Roy Moore wins in AL, Franken will withdraw that statement claiming that he won't go unless Roy Moore goes too. The Dems urged Franken to resign so they could claim the moral high ground by claiming he "...
