Probably Article I, Section 8, Clause 3. The commerce clause.

The FCC was created by statute: 47 U.S.C. § 151 and 47 U.S.C. § 154

The government's excuse to do anything to the people they desire.

Shooting at 200 yards with a "high powered pistol", after sunset. Thinks a woman walking two labs is a deer?

Re: FL: Another Travon dies-parents, how else was he gonna get cash

I'm really tired of parents and families offering excuses why their criminal family members didn't deserve whatever befalls them. For a family member to say that the taking of your property is not justification for you to defend your property indicates how bad our society has become.

Re: Remington faces default

Perhaps Marlin will be saved by Remington having to spin the brand off to a different ownership group that will restore the quality and desirability of the brand to its former status.

Re: Remington faces default

I've read a lot of posts and comments across the interwebs the last few days about Remington's claim of softened market for firearms. The general consensus seems to be if you make quality firearms and refuse to skimp on quality, your customers will continue to buy. Remington's failure to maintain qu...

Re: Prayer Request for Dying Aunt

Thank you all very much for your prayers. Margaret went to join the Lord shortly after 7:00. May she rest in peace. She's rejoicing in the presence of Jesus! While your family will miss her, it's difficult to mourn when a Christian has taken their last labored breath of this fallen world and entere...

Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone on the TexasCHLForum! I have many things to be thankful for this year. Not the least of which is that today, exactly 3 months after being laid off, I got a new full time job with benefits. Not going to have as much extra "guns, ammo and training" funds as the...

Re: Police Chief Realizes Gun Missing - After 4 Days

It would appear that one Arizona police chief doesn't give a lot of attention to his service weapon. After a meeting in a library, he changed clothes in the rest room and left his gun behind. So far, not good - but it happens. However, he reportedly didn't notice it was missing for 4 days. Not good...
