Re: IL: Dems push bill rewarding schools that replace armed officers with therapists

Are they going to place signs on all the schools saying "Protected by therapists with degrees"? Gotta be sure that potential shooters understand the campus has protection in place.

Re: (Another) CA professor making outrageous comments

This week's example of California lunacy in "higher education". Explain to me why anyone, including Fresno State students and parents, should take seriously "educated" adults who wear doll heads on top of their head? https://www.bitchmedia.org/sites/default/files/randajarrar.png

Re: IL: New "sanctuary county" for gun owners.

You have to remember there are really two parts of Illinois; Cook County and then all the rest of the state. The politicians of Cook County bring their ilk to Springfield and try to make state laws like they do in Chicago. Glad to see the outstate starting to stand up against the anti-gun agenda fr...

Maybe it's a typo (I hope) and the sentence is for ten years, as it should be. How many people died or were injured because of her not doing her job? At least one died. According to the complaint against Williams, one of the calls she dropped involved the murder of a store clerk. Williams received ...

I will vigorously support the best Republican primary challenger to Cornyn. Should he win the primary though, I will hold my nose and vote for him before letting a progressive socialist become a US Senator from Texas.

Re: NRA National Meeting May 3-6 -- Anybody Worried?

For all you out of towners, the DART line is nowhere near as complicated as it looks. The orange, red and blue lines all run directly through downtown and all 3 stop at the Convention Center. Then you walk a little over 150 yards (under a cover) and boom you are right there. The green line is a lit...
