LTC should be able to carry everywhere LEO can carry on their days off. Maybe we need to clean house in November?

Re: Student Visa?

I have to provide my social security number or they won't sell me a hunting license, but a foreigner without a social security number can buy a hunting license? That just proves they don't really need my social security number either.

Re: Oliver North to speak at 30.06ed Church

I have in the past used my "purple underwear law" as an example. If you're wearing purple underwear and nobody can see it except you, it would be ridiculous to pass a law saying that you are committing criminal trespass on a merchant's property because you walked in wearing purple underwe...

Re: H.R.38: National Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act

Given the nature of firearms in politics, I cannot imagine that rules governing them would be more standard than that. And that probably is a good thing. And I have no illusions about, after National reciprocity passes, some of the most anti-gun States trying to pass laws to get around it. I'm sure...

Re: Oklahoma House passes "Constitutional Carry" bill

While the Oklahoma legislature appropriated an additional 4.52% of appropriations funding to the OSBI (approximately $536,000), this amount covers the pay raise for state employees that the legislature mandated through the passage of House Bill 1024xx. In addition to the majority of the employees o...

If you want to bash cops instead of discussing the law, both legislative and case law, count me out. :tiphat: Who bashed Cops? I didn't see that anywhere. :iagree: Nobody based cops. They just said the law and supreme court decisions don't matter. Cops ignore the law and supreme court decisions. Th...
