It still seems to me that the state AG needs to get involved, otherwise any screwball wearing a judge's robe could sign an order declaring an "educational" institution and they could flaunt the law.
Has the AG made any statement on that order?

I may be wrong, but I believe that the Fort Bend library system is claiming that they are in fact a school system and not a collection of libraries. The one in Cinco Ranch is also posted. I think we need to get some legislative clarity on what exactly is a school. Heck, I can claim I'm Sam Houston,...
