Re: Any good AK mags??

I run strictly Magpul mags on my 7.62 AK. As cmgee said, it's perfectly fine for regular use. I don't operate, larp, or what have you. I just go to the range and fire off a few rounds. Zero malfunctions so far with nothing broken. It's pretty good bang for the buck if you ask me.

Re: Nosediving 9mm Handloads, Crimp Issue

For troubleshooting, maybe you can try pulling some factory bullets and loading those into your rounds. If they feel tighter, then your bullets are most likely out of spec. If they feel the same or looser, then it's probably your brass being loose from the resizer or expander. Also, you can try usin...

Re: AMMO. Buying, selling or nothing

And what is Freedom doing for those of us who know we were directly affected? Saying, "We are taking this seriously." Oh, and keep an eye on your credit report. Nothing else. No actual apology, not a, "Hey, free shipping on your next order." Not even a letter above the name of o...

Re: Nosediving 9mm Handloads, Crimp Issue

What's the OAL of your rounds? If it's too long, it may nosedive. Also, what dies are you using? And brass? If you can put the bullet inside the case without using the expander die, then the resizing die is not doing its job or you have bad brass. Or maybe undersized bullets. What bullets are you us...

Re: Replacement security system?

If your PoE cameras are RTSP compatible (which 99.9% are), then I suggest trying Blue Iris. That's what I use on my DVR computer. It's pretty cheap ($70 for the full full version), and pretty easy to use for the basics, albeit tedious to setup. Once you get the hang of it, the features it has will b...

Re: Breaking: China bought Dominion Software October 1

I'm going to dismiss this as a nothingburger until we have clear evidence that the securities sold did belong to the Dominion subsidiary. Looking at first glance, it gives no mention what the $400M was earmarked for. Staple Street Capital has quite a few subsidiaries, including a cloud hosting compa...

Howdy, how deep did you have to drill your slab? I dont want to drill all the way to the dirt and create a foundation leak. I bought a hammer drill and masonry drill bit at Harbor Frieght but havent bought the anchors yet. What length of anchors do most of you guys use? It's up to you. Depending on...

Re: How to move Gun safe

Yes, it depends on the weight. It is possible to do it with a couple buddies if it's light enough. If it's a bigger one, I'd just hire someone to move it for you. That's what I did for mine. I bought mine from a reputable locksmith who is a big gun nut himself. He doesn't contract out any work, and ...

Re: Apple Head Of Security Charged With Attempted Bribery Over Concealed Carry Gun Licenses

I'm honestly most surprised that Santa Clara county would issue so many CCWs for that small of a bribe. As I've said before, political bribery for a CCW in that county has been an open secret since at least the mid-2000s.
