Re: Slidefire is shutting down?

It depends on their company structure and other factors. It's possible they could liquidate their assets, pay their creditors, and distribute the remaining cash to owners and employees, leaving an empty husk behind that's effectively judgement proof. You can't get blood from a stone. This post is fo...

Re: Dick's Sporting Goods sponsorhip of Sugar Land park baseball field

I assume the Dick's are paying for it. If so, I think it's not worth complaining to the city when the Dick's aren't doing anything illegal. I think it is worth telling progun parents about their antigun policy and telling all parents that Academy and other places are cheaper. Let the Dick's waste mo...

Re: Shirt Dilemma

Another thing I had forgotten about... I used to take my wife's emery boards and break the sharp corners and edges of base plates and even the gun's grip edges. Did it to 1/2 dozen pistols and carry mags. Great for comfort and clothing! I though for just a split second while reading your comment yo...

yes. he can. but your car is not his property...

Not true. That it covers MPA.

Are you saying a land owner can't prohibit guns on their property by giving oral notice?

Re: Employers that allow their employees to carry

If they don't provide 30.06 compliant notice , and they're not a location prohibited by TPC 46 or Federal law, then their employees are legally allowed to carry. Not if they have provided 30.06 notice in the employee manual or have given verbal notice. :confused5 Just to make sure I'm remembering t...

Re: BATFE: Bump-Stock-Type Devices: Notice of proposed rulemaking

At the very least there should be a grandfather clause for bump stock owners. You have to acknowledge that. Because criminalizing the possession of lawfully purchased firearms and accessories is infringement. It is unconstitutional. Period. You're correct it's an unconstitutional infringement, the ...
