Assault Conviction Disqualification??????
Asking for a friend... he has a couple old assault convictions on his record from over ten years ago. He doesn't know if they are considered misdemeanor or felony charges. Would he be disqualified from obtaining his LTC now? BTW... He is in the Security business now and has passed background checks ...

When I filled out the application online and listed my laughable tiny criminal history, I didn't notice ANYWHERE that it asked for official copies of dispositions. Did something change or do people around this forum just mail those in to speed up the process? I'd send them in the mail if I knew exa...
