Re: Enterprise Car Rental Drops the NRA

Avis owns Budget, Zipcar and Payless
Hertz owns Dollar and Thrifty
Enterprise owns Alamo and National
Advantage owns E-Z Rent-A-Car

Guess that means my car rental needs are down to Advantage and E-Z Rent-A-Car. Anyone ever use Advantage?

Re: 21 or older to buy AR-15?

Its been a tough week, Cornyn and Trump willing to sell out Members here with soft stances. The selling out of the 18-20 year olds is reprehensible. At 18 I could be held liable as an adult. not allowed to vote or buy a beer, at 19 received a letter requesting I serve the Uncle, I was issued an M16...

Re: NRA vs CNN Tonight 9PM

What CNN will do for $$$ Having a "Town Hall" with an auditorium full of people that went through a horrific tragedy and clearly a majority of them are in the Anger phase of grief. Kudos to Dana for going into that environment, keeping her cool, and answering questions about muskets and th...

Re: KS:Witchta man dies after fake "Swatting" call

LAPD has arrested the "SWATer", no bail set, working with Wichita PD on case. He does have a past arrest for calling in a bomb threat to a TV studio in addition to bragging about calling in bomb threats to a gaming event in Dallas. https://www.engadget.com/2017/12/30/lapd-arrest-swatting-w...

Re: Undocumented migrant Murderer of Kate Steinle in San Fransisco found not guilty

I don't know how he didn't at a minimum get involuntary manslaughter. If I'm sitting around at Chic-Fil-A twirling my gun around like an idiot and it goes off and kills someone I bet I get convicted of involuntary manslaughter. I don't understand this verdict at all. Oh and felon in possession of a ...

Glad to see my rep John Carter is also a co-sponsor. Sent him an email anyway.

Agreed the Senate is going to be the tough part. Schumer has already stated he'll filibuster in the Senate.

Picked up 3 at Academy in Round Rock. Thanks for the heads up. 1 container was damaged so I was able to peak in and verify it was brass and not steel.

Don't say you support the 2A but we shouldn't be allowed to have an AR-15. Shotguns and pistols are ok though.

Re: Alien Gear Shape Shift Holster System

I have the Alien Gear Shape Shift Holster System and am liking it so far. I like the versatility but opening the box for the first time can be overwhelming. So many parts. However, after some practice I'm now able to switch things up quickly from IWB to OWB. I did buy an extra holster to keep it as ...

Application sent to Medical Advisory Board

New member, first post. I've been a reader of the forum for a few months but didn't join because I wasn't a LTC club member yet. I wanted to share my experience with the LTC process and going through the Medical Advisory Board (MAB) in hopes it will help someone in the future since the information I...
