from my understanding you can. If someone is stealing your property you can try to recover it by any means necessary. with that in mind tho dont go shootign someone who's stealing your $500 lawn mower. lawyer fees will probably be upward of $10k. id rather just cut my losses on the lawn mower.MechAg94 wrote: Regardless of the mistaken identity, I am not sure you could get away with chasing and firing shots at someone driving away with your vehicle.
