I too , did the online vs the call DPS and mine changed to complete / now it just say print pending. So everyone who calls , should just email the request. I'm not 100% sure that's what caused mine to go faster, but it may have helped. I submitted my final stuff on 3-3-18 and did my class 16 months ...

I did my class over a year ago and did my fingerprints and submitted everything on March 3rd. This morning it changed from Background Check Pending to Complete , and print pending. I expect that I will have plastic in hand by this time next week

Mine too. I did fingerprints on 3/3/18 and took my class 16 months ago. Been in "limbo background check pending" since then.......just have to wait. Patience is key I think. Waiting for the process and while carrying. I have had my CHL before but let it lapse (I know , dumb), but never had...
