It wouldn't be a surprise in this day. I don't know anything about Washington's liability laws, but if it's in the coastal area, they are very liberal adn would probably see fit to hold the homeowner responsible for the thief's injuries.JakeTheSnake wrote:Probably turn around and sue the homeowner.
