I'm planning to join the crowd observing George Bush's funeral procession down George Bush Drive in College Station TX Thursday. I'm wondering if I should carry or not. I'll only be in the street watching the cars go by, but I'm sure the Secret Service will be around.

I also find it odd that every single one out of 450+ were approved. That makes it appear that the judge isn’t really even looking at them, his mind is decided beforehand. He’s thinking “Finally, a law that lets us take them away”.

No, he was not standing his ground. It was more like revenge for getting pushed down. The guy was backing away after the gun came out. If he had made an aggressive move forward then it would be justified.
