Open carry is currently waiting for a concurrence vote in the house. It can happen as soon as 2:40 this afternoon. If the vote passes (simple majority, I believe), it goes to Gov. Abbott. If it doesn't pass, it can go to a conference committee, where it may or may not die.philip964 wrote:For the political dummies like me. If it hasn't passed, what are it's chances?
