Re: Today in Trump's new term as President

http://www.jewishworldreview.com/0118/klavan011518.php3 Enter President Donald Trump. He is a rude and crude person. He speaks like a Queens real estate guy on a construction site. And because he does not have good manners, he thoughtlessly breaks the rules with which the Left has sought to muzzle ...

Re: Venezuela: It only took 20 years of radical socialism

Socialism being done right was the catch phrase. That’s been the catch phrase EVERY time it’s been tried since it first failed. The evil in progressivism isn’t that it’s promoters think it is a vehicle to universal social justice.....if that were even remotely possible, it would be a worthy goal. N...

Re: Just got this pistol

The first “92” pattern pistol I ever fired was a Taurus PT92. Come to think of it, i don’t think I’ve ever fired a Beretta 92. They seem like pretty neat guns - soft on recoil and reasonably accurate - but it hasn’t been one that particularly called my name. Not sure why. I think if I were to choose...

Re: Crypto-currencies

It seems to me that this thread has run its course. The naysayers - who neither understood the spirit in which the thread was first posted, nor did they understand the nature of the topic being discussed - aren’t going to allow the people who are already invested and interested to have a fr...

Re: New Spotting Scope: Bushnell Legend Tactical 15-45x60, lots of images

A friend of mine who, unknown to me, had already purchased one of these Bushnell spotting scopes recommended the PhoneSkope adapter, which he has used successfully: https://www.phoneskope.com . At $78 for the case and adapter, it’s not cheap, but it apparently works quite well. I’ve seen video he sh...

Re: Crypto-currencies

I find it incredible that you only report good news hoping to gain other investors so you can profit. Not one post from you or others about the 100 billion loss in 24 hours but you want to tout your modest gains in the hope of luring others to this created out of thin air crypto currency that one c...

Re: Crypto-currencies

Don't fool yourselves. China is the #1 miner of cryptocurrency. You don't kill your cash cows. Exactly. That’s why China is not going anywhere. They were relatively early adopters, and they’ll stay in because it is good for them. Another off the crypto currency. https://www.crowdfundinsider.com/201...

Re: Thought to Ponder with a Few Idle Minutes

So how exactly does a barrel determine the accuracy of the bullet. If someone says the barrel is innacurate how does that cause the bullet to vear off track? Is it the rifling? Gas? Imperfection in the bullet? Shooter? I’m sure all of that comes into play but I’m just curious. The barrel isn’t the ...

Re: Crypto-currencies

Chinese New Year. It’s already on the way back up. Apparently, it does this every year at this time. I’ve made three purchases of Etherium so far: 1. $900 on 12/14, at $712/Eth. I am still ahead $347 on that purchase at this moment. 2. $100 on 12/22, at $559/Eth. I am still ahead $75 on that purcha...

Re: California(s)

i.m not sure about this given that Contra Costa County is in the new state. CCC is NOT conservative. I lived there for 8 years from 1995 to 2003. It wants to be just like San Francisco. I was surprised to see that as well. Although I think you could separate west county vs east county by drawing th...

I’m saying the OLD state (everything outside of the “new” state) would be more conservative.

I wondered why it has been so quite on this thread. 10 biggest crypto currencies lost 100 billion dollars in a 24 hour period! https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/markets/10-biggest-crypto-currencies-lose-over-dollar100-billion-in-24-hours/ar-AAuMA6F?ocid=HPCDHP So, time to buy.... Re: California(s)

Another bonus, “Old” California is more conservative leaning than liberal. When it is its own state, those electoral votes will go for the more conservative presidential candidate. This will have the effect of splitting “now” California’s influence in both Congress and the electoral college. That ca...
