Re: Legal age for having a handgun in your vehicle

We went round and round with this before. My recollection was that 16 is a dark gray area, and 17 is perfectly fine, if the kid has their head screwed on straight. I have a Safariland ALS holster mounted on one of their QLS attachment plates. The receiver plate is mounted under the dash of my truck ...

Saying nothing at all does not mean you have invoked your 5th amendment right. You must assert that right to LE. https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2013/06/supreme-court-salinas-v-texas-ruling-explained/314145/ The Supreme Court Decided Your Silence Can Be Used Against You I love this pla...

Re: Austin.....sure it is in Texas?

I live in Austin, & I like it! I’m proud to be a longhorn fan too. I’m also a democrate. I’m also proud to be a senior member of this great forum! & I did not vote for Trump. I guess I’m only one that has all these in common on here. To each his own! Just wondering, do you also put tomatoes...

Are volunteers allowed to carry?

They have been in the past... unless someone under Secret Service protection is going to be there.

I’ll be carrying a full size Glock in a 7377.

Re: Straus not running for a new term.

Great! Hopefully we can get Phil King in there and crank the Conservativism up to 11 11 out of 100 may be better than Straus but don't you think Texas should aim a little higher? I was thinking cranking it up to 11... with 10 being the max. So, out of 100, it would be like saying "Crank it up ...

Great! Hopefully we can get Phil King in there and crank the Conservativism up to 11 around here and chase off these liberal nut jobs. Constitutional Carry. Re: Alliance Air Show

Not a building, not a sterile area, owned by the City of Fort Worth, so legally they cannot post.

I went several years ago and there were 30.06 signs, but I can personally assure you that someone could carry a G17 all day out there and no one would say a word to you.

Re: Dallas activists press for Confederate monument to come down

I am on the TITFF Team and will be there on Saturday. Details will be released tomorrow. This will not be a Berkeley style brawl, just a peaceful rally. I met with DPD today and they are committed to making this a great event.

Licensed OC and long guns welcome.

Re: Dallas activists press for Confederate monument to come down

This is the group pushing back hardest against the left wing radicals. They are currently engaging in a lawsuit to stop the removal of statues in Dallas: http://www.titff.org/ That sounded interesting, until I saw those bozos running around in tac gear. Don't they realize that throws their credibil...

If they want more, they will certainly let you know.
