It is pretty horrible to mock someone who has lost a child. I am happy he is being punished. California man sent 200 awful computer messages to the father of the 14 yo daughter who was murdered at the high school.
The CA man felt the dad was using this tragedy to politicize increasing gun laws which the CA man objected to.
He was found guilty in Miami of cyber stalking and sentenced to a year in federal jail.
Obviously bad reprehensible behavior,

Personally. I would rather be dead than spend the rest of my life in a five by 10 prison cell. One hour a day exercise. Two showers a week. He is going to live a miserable existence. Even if they had given him the death penalty, he would still not be executed until all his appeals run out in 15-20 years. Costing tax payers far more money than just caging him up.

I have been on a few jury pools and they always tell us that crap like that is not a reason to be exempt from duty. It is becoming more obvious with each new finding that existing gun laws were not the problem. Law enforcement and leftist policies is where the fault lies. I suppose we all notice the lack of media coverage on the real failures in that case.
