Would you even have cause for a civil action over a lost check or money order?

People can sue over anything. Sue can file against her employer for not allowing smoking at work but that doesn't mean she will win.

Are there any universities with open carry? I'm not a fan at all. Licensed CC you betcha, OC no. Of course I am not a fan of OC in general in places not traditionally OC. I'm not a fan of openly displayed religious symbols or prayer on campus. Licensed concealed crucifixes and silent prayer you bet...
