maybe , just mayyybe ,by the time you send in your packet ,
DPS may be better up to speed on the their processing .

but ,one good thing is , you dont live in Harris county ...thats a plus :thumbs2:

my proficiency test was outside , but that was back in early April ... ;-)

the test is very very hard , no breaks ,instructors are brutal, and they make you stand out in the sun for hours.
if you miss the bullseye even once ,you fail. :shock: ...........
