There have been 20 bills enacted into law that didn't get the Governor's signature(so far), 14 of which dealt with Water Control Districts, Hospital Districts, etc.

I hope our Governor signs the 5 gun bills waiting for signature that passed this session, instead of allowing them to become law, without signature.

I think the drop dead date for his signature on them is only 10 or 11 days away, max.
