I'm not sure what your question is.

If an employer forbids weapons in employees' vehicles on company property, they can fire people who are caught violating the policy. Depending upon the wording of the notice, violators could be arrested.

IMHO, most companies won't want the publicity.

If you don't follow the legislative maneuvers like a fanatic, it's easy to get confused. I receive e-mails from the NRA all the time about such-and-such bill passing the federal house or senate or a state legislature.

That's nice, but it only counts when it has passed into law.
