WTS/WTT Ruger LC9

Bought for my wife and she does not like it. It has the laser max laser sight on it and only about 50 rounds through it ( all standard velocity).

Will sell for $350 (It goes for $450 new)

Will trade for a Ruger LCR

Re: Super Majority

The biggest problem for the legislature this session will be the state budget. I wonder if they will have time for much else after that is done. Sorry folks, but that is the reality. :txflag: Redistricing has to be done as well. And the budget and redistricting will eat up almost all the session.

Re: Super Majority

We had better get voter ID.

The biggest thing is redistricting. The dems can't flee to prevent a quorem this time. With 2/3'rd they have the quorem.

Every gun that I have seen do this (3 mine included) were due to the stock trigger being adjusted. If the you do not like the stock trigger replace it with a match trigger like a Jewel.

Seaworld Update

I was there on 11/24/2010 and there was no more 30.06 signage anywhere. It was there last fall and in the spring.....but it is not there anymore. I looked at all signs at all the enterances. The only sign I saw was the generic gunbuster sign.

Re: Motorist Protection Act..Best kept secret in Texas

This article implies that the MPA applies when travelling. Law was refined in 2008 to define traveling as moving from one location to another reguardless of distance. This along with some other provisions were added in 2008 by the original sponsor after a large supporter of his was procecuted by an...

Re: signage visibility

I saw one once (when leaving) that was white on glass. When entering it could not be seen because the background on the other side of the glass was white. When exiting it could be seen on the black background of the asphalt.

It seems to me that this violated the contrasting colors.

Re: Katy Mills Mall

Katygunnut, I was told by another CHLer this story. The Willowbend Mall used to be 30.06 posted. However, not all the stores were posted. Only the mall entrances were posted. A customer entered the mall at a store entrance that was unposted. He had a cover garment malfunction that showed off his ni...

Re: Katy Mills Mall

If the sign complies with TPC §30.06 and you know it's there, then you can be prosecuted if you enter the mall. Entering a store that is not posted is less clear. If that store's lease contract requires it to follow the mall's rules regarding its "no guns" policy, then arguably the 30.06 ...
