Re: Fort Worth PD says officer was refused service at Wendy's

I was a fast food GM for a long time. I would fire the employees (few) that were directly involved, Have a "First Responders Day" (give out some free food or 1/2 off) and move on. I'm telling ya'll, it is VERY HARD to to find good help for $7.25. I dint think your help would be any differ...

Re: 51% Sign Posted, but TABC License calls for Blue Sign

If the sign was supposed to be a BLUE sign (i.e. the license issued for <51%) from the beginning and TABC, said to post a RED, then the removal of the sign is not making, it legal to carry. Re: American Airlines - checked baggage handgun

The airline is saying the tag denotes a high value item. Doesn't the TSA reg state that the outside of a bag will not be identifiable as having a firearm in it?

Re: Star-Telegram article on carry at Ft. Worth zoo

I agree that the author got it wrong. What the AG ruled was that the City of Fort Worth nor the Zoo can be fined: " After review, the OAG determines the 30.06 signs at issue were posted by the association, which possesses the exclusive right to post signage on the zoo premises under the terms ...

Re: This is extra wishful...51% changes

What I understand from listening to Charles is that doing away with most of 46.03/.035 will stop things like the Texas State Fair being off limits for LTC's because of someone's 51% sign being posted at the entry gate. A concert being off limits because a vendor has used that address for his license...
