Generally, in order to claim self defense, one must be in a place where he has a legal right to be. For example, the bad guy who broke into your house can't shoot back when you shoot at him and claim self defense. He is a trespasser, so he loses that defense. I was a fast food GM for a long time. I would fire the employees (few) that were directly involved, Have a "First Responders Day" (give out some free food or 1/2 off) and move on. I'm telling ya'll, it is VERY HARD to to find good help for $7.25. I dint think your help would be any differ...

The airline is saying the tag denotes a high value item. Doesn't the TSA reg state that the outside of a bag will not be identifiable as having a firearm in it?
