I have no concerns on shipment ........ Thanks for the posts Mike 1951 and Luck45.

Let us get back to my original question in the thread-

Has anyone else sent a Bursa Thunder 380 for feeding problems and got it back repaired?

I was going to say that before you ship it, inquire whether Bersa will reimburse you for the shipping. Some manufacturers will. $30 seems awfully cheap. Did you tell them it was a handgun? I would have expected $40-$50. And you got it shipped on Saturday? Fedex and UPS outlets like Kinko's and Offi...

I am not familiar with Bursa's but there was a time period I had a lot of friends coming to me with FTL problems on Brownings and the occasional H&K. The FTL probs would manifest after a few hundred rounds in most cases and rarely out of the box. What I found in those cases was burs on the edge...

Bursa Thunder 380 going to the shop- x2 update

xAfter 500+ rounds, using different ammo, the wife's gun continues to FTL 2 or 3 times per 100 rounds at random times. Usually the last one or two rounds. :???: Sending it to be (I hope ) fixed. My wife likes this little 380 but it has to be more reliable for personal protection. This seems to be a ...

Re: Please help Joe Horn, the fellow who shot the burglars

I know we have a thread about the case and the legalities that it 13 pages long. I spoke to his attorney today and was told we can help Joe Horn at this website. Even a couple bucks helps. Spread it around. Joe has very limited means. http://www.joehornformyneighbor.com/ Who is the owner of this si...

The priority of Texas State University-San Marcos is, first and foremost, the safety of our students, faculty and staff. If they really believed this, they would review the DPS statistics as to violent crime committed by CHL's in TX and conclude that allowing CHL's to carry on campus couldn't hurt ...

The Bushmaster ORC with the 512 is exactly what I bought about two months ago. I love the combination, but I cannot compare it to the M&P for you. When you have older eyes like mine, iron sights are just extra weight and expense. Where did you purchase the rifle and scope? Other than Academy fo...

I have a Bushmaster M4A3 and a 512 but after much consideration I decided to mount the 512 on a Sig 556 ORC. Not to throw another option at you but for the price of the M&P, the SIG is piston operated and modeled after the other 550 series rifles which took the best of the Krinkov and improved ...
