ALL CHL's are welcomed. To be honest I hold the view that it EVERYONE'S moral obligation to have a CHL. I call it Carlson's Theology. Does not mean much though. :D

I was under the impression that you were. When I renewed the CHL instructor really reallly STRESSED that you were. That is the only reason I thought that. In fact I am even paranoid to the fact. I spent 14 years as a LEO and I do not want to spend ANY time in Jail!!!!
