Re: NM: Prop gun in Alec Baldwin movie kills one injures one

It sounds as simple as they used a real gun (too cheap to buy an actual prop gun) as a prop... not a "prop gun" AND THEN VIOLATED JUST ABOUT ALL OF THE SAFETY RULES with it.

Yep, it was tongue in cheek... about as useful as suing our gov't.

We used to use a 12 V. red light and it works really well. Gun or bow. Did I mention that it's incredibly fun?!?!? (just be careful!)

They're just playing catchup - finally.
You said it far more efficiently than I did.

I'd guess the density of firearms ownership is much higher here so that if the whole country bought equally, Tx would appear lower.

Re: 82 million or more for IRS

They are going to get bogged down in looking over auto, rent and mortgage payments.... imagine an actual rich person- $600 is a nice dinner out or just a bottle of wine and 1 of what-10, 20, 50 ?? bills a month. According to John Crump due to Larry's health issues he let his SOT lapse. Therefore the ATF seized his MG's. There was no illegal activity. I have no idea what it takes to renew- but he just lost about a quarter mil (probably a very conservative estimate) in property... seems a renewal would have ...

Surprised to see no post congratulating Charles on his becoming El Presidente. Disappointed to see LaPierre retained. Charles, I hope you can steer the NRA back to a place of trust in the eyes of the membership. I just saw it late last night! Congrats to Chas. I too hope we see some changes- I'm a ...
