Re: Porch Pirate Breaks Ankle

That thing looked broke! Thieves these days Must have less brain cells than normal because everyone has cameras now. It’s so cheap to get good quality cameras compared to what it used to be. I hope that the homeowner didn’t loose something that they really needed that day. I can’t stand people who s...

This Glock 43 owb holster rocks!

As many of you know I was in the hunt for a owb Glock 43 holster either leather or kydex. I ended up getting the Bianchi #57 remedy holster. It is an outstanding piece of kit and it conceals just as good as an iwb ( except appendix) and is very comfortable. It was very stiff when I got it but after ...

Re: New thumb snap holster

It’s been my experience with the snaps that until the paint wears on the underside of the snap it’s pretty tight. It will get better

Re: Mag Extension Test??

I would make sure you put some significant rounds of whatever you use for SD ammo. Range ammo is one thing, you SD ammo is what matters. For what is worth, I’ve put about 1500 rounds of varies range ammo and about 150 rounds of HST 124 & 147g ammo through my 43 with no issues using magguts, TT ...

Re: Mag Extension Test??

Went to the range put around 100 rounds through the gun with the mag fully loaded +1 each time and it worked perfectly. Helps give me a great purchase on the gun and I was able to shoot it more accurately. It just made this already great gun even better. :thewave

Mag Extension Test??

I picked up a Taran Tactical +2 extension for my Glock 43 it came with their extra power spring so that it should be able to push the last couple of rounds up in the chamber easily. My question is, how many rounds through a mag do you call good to go? In the past I’d usually run about 25 rounds Of f...

Re: Time frame

As of late the current trend that I have seen is it’s been taking around 2-3 weeks for plastic in hand sometimes sooner. As long as you get the right paperwork sent it and you don’t have anything that could cause yours to go slower it shouldn’t be long. Back when I got mine a little over 2 years ago...

Re: Does This AR Custom Build Look Okay?

I’d go Ruger or S&W as well for that price. That being said, I have a PSA rifle that was my first AR which I bought about five years ago and it’s been flawless. My dad has a couple PSA rifles and they have been flawless as well. I wouldn’t trust a polymer upper and lower though.

Re: Golden Saber - A Golden Oldie that Performs Great

I’ve never had experience with those. My dad has but I havnt. I have always used one flavor of Hornady or Federal for my SD bullets. Since SD bullets are a perishable investment I may try Sabers one of these days.

Re: Free tip about the Flu

I believe the FLU shot is a scam as well. Every time I have ever gotten the shot guess what? I got the flu. Same with everybody I know who has gotten it this year and years past. Seems like most people get sick from the flu waiting in line to receive the shot. The Flu shot is horse manure. People ca...

Re: Essential long gun collection

12ga shotgun, 22 LR, AR-15 5.56, and some kind of .30 cal rifle. I am didnt specify on the last because some people will choose different .30 cal rifles. The most common is most likely going to be a .308, 30-06, or 30-30.

Re: RV, camper van, site trailer, and work truck carry considerations

I know the beware of dog signs are great. If I were you I’d get a larger one for nighttime use with maybe some reflective quality’s to it. Dogs are amazing alarm systems and they sense when something is about to go down or that is near that shouldn’t be. My dog that is 4 now protected me when she wa...

Re: Should I just go with Bravo?

For an inexpensive, but well built kydex IWB, you might look at concealment express... I bought one for a gun I rarely carry because it was inexpensive... but realized after delivery that it's as well built as MANY of the more expensive kydex rigs. It also has an adjustable cant from 0-15 degrees s...
