Re: Man attacks teens in San antonio over MAGA hat
This is not all that bad. He probably won't make it the whole three years on probation without getting caught doing something stupid and violating his probation. He'll get random drug and alcohol testing during that time also. Maybe he'll fail one and get a longer probation time (probably won't go t...

Re: NV: Sherrif who says he will inforce new red flag laws facing recall effort.
Not saying I like the law- but as Sheriff, can he just pick and choose which laws he enforces? And what kind of liability would the county and he personally face if he chose not to enforce the law on someone who later kills someone. Flip- That's good to hear. A couple of years ago, I had an out of state friend visit here. I was told that the Capitol only allows visitors with the Texas CHL to enter, and not out of state licensees.

Re: Arizona Timeline
My Arizona license took seven weeks mailbox to mailbox. This was September 2017.
Oddly enough- the effective date on the license shows it was approved within two weeks of submission. But I guess it waited in line to be mailed for another five. Hopefully they'll mail yours sooner.

Re: Florida processing time?
I got a Florida renewal last year and it took about 60 days. This was after the non-background check fiasco, so they may have been backed up, thus causing it to take longer on my renewal than it normally would.

Re: Deferred Adjudication
I incorrectly thought title V in the Texas Code was family violence. I was able to p.m. a couple people on this form to inquire about this. Thank you KeithB for setting me straight. I now understand where this “list” comes from in 411.1711. Infoman-Thank you for letting me know it is somewhere in Te...
