Those restrictions are very similar to Illinois (except the "Business owners will have to explicitly state that they allow concealed weapons"). And the last time I was in IL, I carried everywhere I wanted to go. Folks in NY will find a way.

New Jersey AG just issued a letter that "show cause" is no longer required. And, NJ does not distinguish between resident and non-resident.

a debit card does not have the same protections as a credit card. Anybody uses your debit card and the money is gone from your account.
