Re: Anyone interested in trade

Being a long-time Glock guy who just started carrying the Sig P320X Carry, you can HAVE my Glocks. Sold all but 1 and the last one is on the chopping block. I now never settle for perfection. Come and take it.

Re: GUN SAFETY COURSE FOR ILLEGAL CONCEALED CARRY?

They can reduce the charge or drop the case for a "safety course". It is the judge call. Can you cite some authority or provide a link to the class requirements please? I do not want to speculate. I am speculating what the judge can do or DA can recommend. Remember there are exceptions to...

I don't think you can take a class and make that go away.
Exactly. I do not believe there is a "defensive driving school" to beat a firearms charge.

GUN SAFETY COURSE FOR ILLEGAL CONCEALED CARRY?

A momma called the shop today on behalf of her 18 year old son seeking a gun safety course. He was caught concealed carrying a handgun without a license and was told he could take a gun safety course to beat the firearms charge. I never heard of such a thing, can't seem to find anything. For my own ...

Re: Question 23 Regarding 30.05 Revision

I have not had anyone miss #23 yet. Is straightforward if the issue is covered during class. I give the context for the revision, and break it down into the 4 components: owner, tenant, guests of owner, guests of tenants.

Re: DVD: Make Ready with Paul Howe Home Defense

Recently watched the DVD Make Ready with Paul Howe Home Defense The DVD runs about 2 hours and had a lot of solid advice for all of us on the topic of home defense. Some of it I don't think I had ever seen before. It doesn't just cover shooting, but also home security systems, medical, and link ups...

Re: This makes me sick.

Their personal choices make me sick too, but then again it does not affect me. What will affect me is if a judge and jury impart their personal views, opinions, and ideology onto me when I have the legal right to do something - like a medical procedure I deem necessary. Otherwise, there is no liber...

Re: Vehicle carry laws

Requirements and conditions for justified use of deadly force as a defense to prosecution. What is justified in one is a life sentence in another.

Where you can lawfully carry vary from state to state. What is legal in one is a 10 year prison sentence and $10,000 fine in another.

I took mrvmax’s advice am began looking up individual States. TX and Missouri are fine. Unfortunately Oklahoma’s CC does not take effect and will still be restricted to an unloaded pistol until Nov. 1st and Illinois plain sucks. I’ve got to convince her she needs a license. She did say we need to g...

Re: thoughts on the future of political parties

There are only two parties: patriots willing to fight and die for the Constitution and Declaration of Independence and everyone else that are two sides of the same coin that choose to perpetuate divisive rhetoric to profitably sustain the status quo. :iagree: There's a reason why many people refer ...
