Re: Campus Carry Poll in College Station Newspaper
A few years ago one of the east coast colleges failed a student. When the philosophy student petitioned the school about it. The Professor stated that the student was thinking wrong and needed to be reeducated to the right way of thinking. The college board stood behind the Professor. So what can yo...

Re: Philadelphia attempts to restrict FL Licenses
Some of the guys i shoot with from Fort Hood have voiced a concern about this.I cant see how a military Id will over rule a state law.If a Non Resident permit is not recognized for any other resident why should theirs be recognized just because they are military. They live in Texas same as everybody...

My congratualtions to your wife. Many of the school teachers I have had the dsipleasure to know could not be trusted with a water pistol and live in La-la land..If they say it can't happen, it is not supposed to... She is one of the few.. Yah, look at some of our college Professors, Deans, and ADMI...

. . . My school district does have munitions sniffing dogs and they go through the whole campus and parking lot. . . . It's been quite a while since my school days, but I GUARANTEE you that if this sort of thing had been done back then, in short order virtually every car in the lot would have the t...

Re: Philadelphia attempts to restrict FL Licenses
This is something the military is complaining about. They move around so much most have Non-resident permits. If this passes most will not be allowed to carry due to there Non-resident permits not being valid and by the time they get a Texas permit they are reassigned someplace else. Some of these guy...

[quote="austinrealtorIf you don't trust people, then why would you want to sell them (or facilitate a sale to them of) firearms? There were some people to whom I chose not to sell firearms, based solely on my 'feeling' about them. This was back before NICS, so the only obstacle between someone...

Re: And you wonder why we have a problem
I like to read peoples interpretations and philosophies on things. It makes me think, and helps to get my head wrapped around different ways of thinking, to form my own opinions. This article goes along with the above subject. In the Fox News article; http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/12/12/breye...

Wish you and your fiancee the best of luck. Now this is off subject and for the inquiring minds. Would you tell us what country you are from, what the long gun, handgun, and concealed carry laws are there? I was in a lot of countries while in the military and some are paranoid about any kind of weap...

Lets try and get rights for those of us under 21 and those of us serving in the military. :iagree: Regardless of age, those serving in the military should have all of the rights and privileges of a U.S. citizen. :patriot: Maybe we need a Constitutional amendment stating, "Upon attaining the ag...

Re: How many times can you reuse brass?
I second what the others have said. I have some 357 brass that I bought in 1974 and it is still going strong. I quit keeping track of the number of times I have loaded those brass at loading number 13 (kind of an odd number to stop on). Don't have any idea how many times after that they have been l...

if you have ever done any bullet casting and had ONE primer go off, you have a molten mess in a 5 foot circle, including up and down.. Multiply that by 1000. You will understand then the primers are HIGHLY Volatile.. So ... is that a new way to flux the melt. :cheers2: Hope you don't mind a little ...
