Re: Don't think I'd go through the process again.
I took the CHL course at Top Gun Shooting Range in Houston. Full service course and great instructor. Everything provided for $148.00. One thing I want to mention about the carrying guns in cars issue. The instructor we had talked about the traveling law and how it was legal to carry in a car when ...

Re: March 2009 Applications
I think I'm mainly going to use the smartcarry holster because most of my shirts go down to about my pockets and I think that it's show if I had a holster on my belt.

Re: Economy: Emergent problems for CHL holders
A friend told me of an experience he had at the Home Depot on Lemmon in Dallas a while back (just before Christmas 2008). He bought a $300 kitchen faucet and as he exited the store the alarm went off. He turned back toward the checkout so as to resolve the issue and a woman (who he assumed was eith...

Uninformed CHLer or is he right?
I was talking with a friend at work who has a CHL. I feel that if the cop found out you were l...

[quote="Keith B" :iagree: Another good example of why you never believe anyone on the Internet when they tell you they are a police officer, lawyer, 18 year old hot looking girl, etc. until you irrefutable evidence. Some of these kids (and adults) are so good at being I-Posers they would f...
