I thought that if one has a CHL, one could not carry under the MPA. If I'm wrong wouldn't the only way be if the weapon only left the vehicle going to and from one's residence or work?

It looks like a fine light. The batteries are the only real drawback that I can see. Those batteries are expensive for one and they don't last very long for two. I do like the small size, though.
