Lone Star Shooting Sports Lubbock

This place just opened in Lubbock (they aren't even done unpacking yet). They are currently the only place in Lubbock to buy Black Rifle Coffee. I visited last week for exactly that reason. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the owner KNOWS GUNS. Good people, great store. Haven't been able to use the range yet, but I definitely plan to. If you're in Lubbock, check them out!

I’m a student at Tech, and I’m gonna make it out there tomorrow. They have a lot of neat stuff there, targets that flip randomly and stuff. Going to apply for a job there too. How’d you like the range?
I’d rather be judged by 12, than carried by 6.

Great looking business, but I sure wish they wouldn't participate in Facebook advertising given what we now know about FB/Zuckerberg's leftist skewing and influence.

Is this the one that the former Lubbock City Council member owns? I seem to recall hearing about him planning to bring in an indoor range a year or so back...
How do you explain a dog named Sauer without first telling the story of a Puppy named Sig?

I'm not sure about that since I'm not very good with networking and remembering who does what or knows whom, but I did hear one person say that the same person who owns Sharpshooters owns this place. Cannot confirm though.

There's some design outfit that does ranges, can't remember the name. Believe that look gets repeated a bit with minor tweaks as I've seen it in 3 or 4 different 'high end' places.

Nice though. Did they get a food and liquor license too?
