There is a link there for alternate ways to enter, which takes you to a mail in form that can be used. Anything like that will always have an alternate way to enter as some states require that there be a way for people to enter without a purchase.

Interesting. Wouldn't let me enter either, gave me the big red " You must enter payment information " error" even with the robot box checked.

The percentage of folks entering the raffle with snail mail is approximately (of course I'm guessing) 0-5 nationwide.
