Entry Fees Received as of Sunday, Oct. 17th

Post by Charles L. Cotton »

Here are the fees paid to date. I there was as technical problem with the other thread so it was locked.

Please note that we are using the General Admission Seminar to process registrations, including ordering lunch. If you have not registered for the General Admission seminar, then we won't have a name tag for you, nor will we have lunch for you and your group. PLEASE make sure you registered for the General Admission seminar.

We have decided to accept payment as late as Thursday and still be included in lunch. We have to commit to the caterer Monday afternoon, so we're going to confirm for the total number of people registered. If you are registered, please get your entry fee to me Thursday.

Thanks,
Chas.

How many folks are tracking this? I've seen my name as paid on another list (I have paid by the way), but it doesn't appear here. TLynn and I paid together.

Same here, I'm on this list and DynaBlue isn't; we already have the emails showing that both are paid. Charles started another "paid" list a couple days back, and several posters noticed the same problem. Looks as if the on-line lists report only one name when paying for more than one.

No biggie, I'm sure. I'm pleased I'm not in charge of logistics.... :tiphat:

Edit: Correction.

In the previous thread he had mentioned if you paid together only one name might be listed.. I am in the same boat - one of us is here, one not, but both were on the other listing. I am not going to stress though... I can pout really big :biggrinjester: I learned how from my kids! I bet they would let me in AND feed me

Thansk to everyone working on this, I know it is huge logistically and we are really looking forward to it!

Thanks Charles for extending the payment deadline until Thursday.
I wasn't sure of my flying shedule to register early.
I just registered and will put my check in Mondays mail.

Correct. As I mentioned earlier, if your name appears on the list and you paid for more than one person, everyone is covered. However, I got a few emails asking about this, so I added "for 2" to avoid confusion.

You're welcome. We're taking a chance since since only 45 of the 77 people registered in the General Attendance seminar have paid. However, we've had so many PM's and emails from folks saying they were sending checks Saturday or Sunday, we didn't feel right cutting off the lunch order and leaving almost 1/2 of the people out.

Again, if you have registered for anything, but not the General Attendance, then please do so now! The badges and lunch order are based solely on the people registered for the General Attendance Seminar. We're going to do this differently next year. Since we're going to try again to move the event to April, I'll say it like Jim Pierce does "next year six months from now."

That's my guess, but I don't have the spreadsheet at my office. If you'll PM your real name, I'll check the database.
