New Type of CHL Class

Postby jimeple » Sun Apr 17, 2011 8:47 am

I recently went back home to Houston and my dad pointed out an ad in the Chronicle. There is a man advertising CHL classes that require no written or target exams and no passport photo or finger print card. I called the man and he said something about a reciprocation law that Perry signed in 05 with Oregon. He spoke so fast I didn't understand what he was saying. If anyone can shed light on this I'd appreciate it.

Unless I'm overlooking it, I don't believe Texas has a reciprocal agreement with Oregon.
