Can't blame this one on guns. It does appear that once again, someone who is mentally disturbed was determined to harm others. This proves that laws to not stop bad guys from harming good guys. No legislation is going to stop a bad guy. The only chance is to allow the good guys the chance to defend themselves.

In Central Texas Hill Country, I see dead deer on the roadside daily and know for a fact .... No one NEEDS a high capacity assault van to kill a deer !!!
