I admit, it's not much of a story. The shooter is gone, and the victim is expected to be ok.

There is a shooter on the loose and "there is no danger to the public".

Kind of a stupid remark if you ask me.

If they don't know who the shooter is, what his/her motives are, and have so little information, that they are relying on the public, for information, how can they declare that the public is safe?

Oh I get it.. this was obviously not a law abiding, LTC holder, shooting in self defense, or carrying a gun safely in a holster, which you know is a major safety concern. Nothing to see here... :banghead:
Take away the Second first, and the First is gone in a second :rules: :patriot:
